Pricing:
$4,000USD monthly per bed. Two beds per room.

To Reserve a room: Twelve month contract. First & Last month deposit.
(We work with major placement agencies world wide).
What is provided: room, facilities, RN care 24/7, Caregiver each room 24/7, three meals daily and three snacks daily. Amenities listed on Main Page. Filipino foods as well as European/American provided. We serve you what you want!
What resident supplies: pay for own medication, provide diet information, if
any, and copy of medical records. We will get your prescriptions filled for you.
Resident pays for all needed outside of facility exams, such as lab, X-ray,
C-Scans, etc. We provide transportation FREE.
Resident's responsibility to arrive at Cebu City International Airport on Mactan
Island. We provide transportation to the facility.
You need a round trip ticket (unless Filipino), as your first year you will be a "tourtist" and have a "tourist VISA".
Mt. Vista ERC is
meant to be an Adult Congregate Living Facility (ACLF). However, a resident will
not be required to leave if they decide to execute a
long term care agreement after or during their first year. They may remain in
the facility regardless of condition of health.
Mt. Vista ERC is
co-owned by a Korean and an American business man. Their goal is to keep you
as happy and healthy as possible during your stay.
