Cebu Adult Congregate Living Facility  (ACLF)

  We are planning another facility that is more affordable for Filipinos, the Cebu Adult Congregate Living Facility (ACLF). The cost for this facility will only be 30000P for mobile & semi-mobile patients. For completely bedridden patients, the cost will be only 400000P.    

Patient is:  (1)  Mobile and can feed & bathe self.

Patient is:  (2)  Bed ridden and needs  assisted  in feeding, bathing, and going to bathroom (CR).

Patient is:  (3)  Bed ridden and needs  COMPLETE  care in feeding, bathing, and can NOT go to CR.

Cost Per Month:  30,000P   for category 1 & 2 Patients                    Paid monthly  in advance.

Cost Per Month:  40,000P   for category  3 Patients                    Paid monthly  in advance.

Includes:   Bed space, 3 meals daily  Filipino foods, Roaming RN.

Does NOT include: medications, doctor visits, or lab or diagnostics, or costs of transportation to go there. Or admissions to a hospital, if needed. Special diets or foods. This is extra based on actual cost to us.

Extra Costs:  If wanted or needed a private nurse:  24 hour coverage  20,000P

                       If wanted or needed a private Care Giver (CNA): 24 hour coverage 15,000P

If patient has cancer and you wish for special supplements to be given, this costs approximately 10,000P monthly for the supplements.

Note: Patients are normally placed 2 to 4 beds per room, but this may vary.

When a bed is available, the patient must pay the 30,000P first month in advance and a 30,000P deposit. The sponsor of the patient MUST pass a credit test (ie. Ability to pay). By placing a patient in the facility, the sponsor agrees to be liable for the expenses of the patient, and agrees to not abandon the patient.
